Returns
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery.
To be eligible, items must be unused, unworn, and in their original packaging.

Non-returnable Items
For hygiene reasons, earrings are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Costs
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos, and we will make it right.

Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges at this time.
If you wish to change an item, please return it and place a new order.
